Stud Males

The stud male is a very important part of the breeding equation, therefore, we would like you to meet our main stud llamas. Having a large number of them means that we never in-breed and that we can find the right combination of male and female to produce the best offspring.

Crias (baby llamas) and pregnant females by these studs are often available.

Pharoah

Born 6 May 2004 Sire: Blackjack Dam: Cottontail

We bought Pharoah from Roseland Llamas as we wanted to add new blood to our herd.

He had his first cria last year and we are very pleased with them.

They all have good conformation and good temperaments. We are looking forward to the 2009 crias.

Preacher

5th July 1990 ..... Sire: Winston ..... Dam: Amy

This magnificent llama was a Grand Champion and also a winner over showjumps and obstacles.

Like his father he passes on his good looks, fibre and temperament to his offspring.

His sons Cornbury and Bombay were Champions.

Silverado

28th August 1993 ..... Sire: Preacher ..... Dam: Llady Llama

He is a smaller version of his father, but with an amazing silver-grey coat. His temperament is superb.

He was a winner on the TV show "Pets with Prizes".

His first offspring, Victoria, was Reserve Champion at the 1999 Club Show. She was then Supreme Champion at both the Cranleigh Show and the Club Show 2000.

Silverado has sired three sons who have become Supreme Champions - Drizzel, Ben and Pedro.
